If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. General Terms of Use

The SkyKente Staging platform is designed to streamline property management operations, including listing management, tenant coordination, maintenance tracking, and administrative oversight. Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree not to misuse the platform by knowingly introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorized access, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or engaging in any activity that could disrupt or compromise the integrity, availability, or security of the platform.

The platform is provided as a digital tool and does not replace professional legal, financial, or real estate advisory services. Users are encouraged to seek independent advice where necessary.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

In order to access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and functionality, are owned by or licensed to SkyKente Staging. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability and Privacy
